Dear Air Ref Family,
Thank you so much for attending to our new unit "problem" today. We
appreciate your good service to us as customers. I think Jason is an
excellent technician. I am sure you will want to hold onto him as a
valuable employee! Enclosed is payment for the new Carrier system.
Although it's not listed on the invoice, we are assuming it does include
the extra $1000.00 for the service contract/warranty? Thanks again for
taking care of us.
